This is the original photo that I found online to use in my color corrections and cropping assignment. It captures a coffeeshop scene and includes a woman’s shirt with motivational phrase separated onto her forearms. I think that the photo was meant to channel positive vibes that influence viewers. I found the photo on Unsplash and it was uploaded and taken by Toa Heftiba. After working with the photo on Photoshop I realized that the resolution and sharpness of the photo was lost throughout the editing process. In the future I would like to work on keeping the photo as natural looking as possible which was difficult with the edits being added to a downloaded photo. Lastly, when asked to crop the image I kept the objects that I thought were the most interesting. The coffee and arms which i thought were the most important parts of the photo. I kept all of the words on the shirt because I thought they were influential in the meaning of the photo.
