Gate 1: Task 5
The photo that I chose to upload was taken and edited by my friend Cabrini Class during the summer of 2018. I chose this photo because of the uniqueness, shutter speed and lighting throughout the image. I have always found this photo interesting because of the action being counteractive with the scene of the shot. Using out of the blue scenes is one of my favorite ways of gaining attention to the artwork. The shutter speed used was slow, which made it more likely for Cabrini to capture motion taking place in front of the camera. Finally, I think that the lighting used to finalize this image worked perfectly. Before editing, the photo was very dark because it was taken with the wrong ISO. Considering the picture was taken outdoors on a sunny day, the ISO was not correctly adjusted to the light. Overall, I think the final product and creation of the photo turned out very well.
